The breakfast area proved too small. This caused congestion. shuttle times were not clearly stated. waiting for the shuttle created unnecessary delays.

the hotel is super close to the airport! a bonus was the hourly shuttle starting at 4 am! the hotel provides free parking! my room was modern and quiet! it was perfect for my layover!
the breakfast area was a little crowded!

this location is great if you have a morning flight out of sfo! restaurants are within walking distance. the hotel is close to food and grocery options. the hotel is about a ten minute drive from the airport.

the free airport shuttle was a great perk! it ran reliably and saved me taxi costs. the room was very clean upon arrival, i greatly appreciate that. the bed provided a comfortable sleep after a long flight.
The front desk was understaffed. There was a wait to check in when i arrived. it would have been more helpful with additional support during peak hours
